This Privacy Policy for Kitchen Served (“KitchenServed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services that link to this Notice (collectively, the “Services”). It also describes your privacy rights and how you can exercise them.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Services. We act as the “controller” (or similar term under applicable law) for the personal information we process about you through the Services.

We do not direct the Services to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

AI/Images: Photos you upload may be processed by our systems and trusted providers to detect pantry items and generate content. We may retain images and outputs only as necessary to provide the Services, and we create de‑identified/aggregated data for analytics and improvement.

Your rights: Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or transfer your information; restrict or object to certain processing; opt out of marketing; and appeal certain decisions. See “Your privacy rights.”

Exercising rights: You can submit a request by emailing support@kitchenserved.app. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law.

Data transfers: Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). See “International transfers.”

You may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

If you would like to access the personal information that we hold about you, please let us know by sending an email to support@recime.app. We will provide you with a copy of your personal information within a reasonable period after the request is made, usually within 30 days. In some cases, we may charge a reasonable fee to provide access to your personal information, but we will never charge you a fee to make a request. If a fee applies, we will advise you before we provide access. Sometimes, we may not be able to provide you with access to all your personal information and, where this is the case, we will tell you why. We may also need to verify your identity when you request your personal information.

We take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information we hold about you is accurate, complete, up-to-date, relevant, and not misleading.

If there is a reason for not granting you access to your information or making a correction to any personal information, we will provide you with a written explanation of the reasons for the refusal (unless unreasonable to do so) and inform you of the mechanisms to complain about the refusal.

DELETION

In respect of information stored in the Service, the Service includes working functionality to allow you to download and delete any of the information in your account at no charge.

You cannot (and we will not) delete information that is stored in another user’s account.

In respect of information that is held by us but that is not stored in the Service, if you choose to have your personal information deleted from our records, we will do so within a reasonable time of your request to us. If so, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is not used (except as may be required by law) by us after your request.

Your information may still be retained, however, to resolve potential or actual disputes, enforce agreements we have with you, or due to technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of the Service.

Our Service may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites. Additionally, there may be third party websites that may be providing links to our website without our knowledge or control. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party websites, expressly disclaim any statements or assertions made on such websites, and deny all liability associated with your use of, and the content on, such other websites or advertisements contained therein.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
